Cendrillon Estate
The Domaine de la Cendrillon became the property of the Joyeux family in 1750, marking the beginning of its winemaking history. In 2000, while continuing his work in industry, Robert Joyeux took the reins of the estate, supported by his wife and their eight children.

The Domaine de La Cendrillon vineyard spans 50 hectares, including about 15 hectares of young vines (between 2 and 15 years old), all planted on the borders of the Fontfroide and Boutenac terroirs. Convinced that great wines are the result of a living, preserved environment, the estate converted to organic farming and obtained its ECOCERT certification in 2013. Extreme care is taken in the vineyard to produce healthy, complex grapes. These vineyard practices include grassing between the rows, fertilization with sheep manure, and water stress management via drip irrigation.

Domaine de La Cendrillonproduces a variety of grape varieties across diverse terroirs, providing the winemaker with an exceptional aromatic palette. It also stands out for its “exotic” grape varieties such as Albarinho and Verdejo: a sought-after uniqueness. The wines of Domaine de La Cendrillon are renowned for their freshness, balance, finesse, and elegance.
