Domaine de la Cendrillon
Domaine de la Cendrillon became the property of the Joyeux family in 1750, and thus began its winegrowing history. In 2000, in parallel with his work in industry, Robert Joyeux took over the reins of the estate, surrounded by his wife and eight children.

The Domaine de La Cendrillon vineyard covers 50 hectares, including some 15 hectares of young vines (between 2 and 15 years old), all planted on the edge of the Fontfroide and Boutenac terroirs. Convinced that great wines are the fruit of a living, preserved environment, the estate converted to organic farming and obtained its ECOCERT certification in 2013. Extreme care is taken in the vineyard to obtain healthy, complex grapes. These developments in the vineyard are accompanied by grassing of the rows, amendment with ovine manure and management of water stress by drip irrigation.

Domaine de La Cendrillon produces a variety of grape varieties on a variety of terroirs, giving the Maître de Chai an exceptional palette of aromas. It is also distinguished by the presence of "exotic" grape varieties such as Albarinho or Verdejo: a sought-after originality. Domaine de La Cendrillon wines are renowned for their freshness, balance, finesse and elegance.
