Clos des Nines
After successfully retraining with a degree in Viticulture and Oenology in Montpellier, Isabelle Mangeart, supported by her family, discovered the profession of winemaker. On a 10-hectare plot on the Mourres hill, she took over 8 hectares of vines and 2 hectares of olive trees between Sète and Montpellier and created the Clos des Nines ( "girls" in Occitan). The site is classified as Natura 2000, surrounded by dry stone walls and dominated by a capitelle typical of the Languedoc landscape. Clos des Nines is certified organic.

Clos des Ninesis certified organic. Situated on a Kimmeridgian basin, the Clos des Nines vineyard soils are dotted with fossilized oysters and limestone pebbles. Typically Languedoc, they are mainly clay-limestone and are home to red grape varieties. The clay preserves the potential acidity of the grapes, which is essential for the freshness and aging potential of the wines. The white grape varieties are planted on silty-sandy soils with a stony texture that promotes good water drainage.
