About the estate:

This sprawling estate is located north of Pézenas. Surrounded by springs—which gave the estate its name—it spans nearly 100 hectares arranged around a 19th-century country house. It has been owned by Axa Millésimes since 2003, which has devoted significant effort to reviving this brand.

About the estate:

Its name is linked to the many springs that flow around the farmhouse before emptying into the Peyne River. The vineyard spans 75 hectares of hillsides north of Pézenas. The terroir here is complex and varied, dominantly consisting of Villafranchian gravel over red clay and alluvial deposits. The entire Mas Belles Eaux vineyard has been reorganized around traditional Languedoc grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Carignan.

A revelation! This wine has it all! It’s well-rounded, with a superb balance between powerful tannins and complex fruitiness, very spicy, and a superb finish! When’s the next sale? Exceptional value for the pleasure it brings!
