"Small price, big delight!"

Here is a Sauvignon that everyone will agree on! With a flattering nose of citrus and verbena, followed by a delicately lemony palate and a very reasonable price! It will easily find its place around a table of seafood. In summer, you can easily pair it with your appetizers or barbecue.

About the estate:

Located 5 km from Carcassonne on the banks of the Canal du Midi, this is one of the oldest wine-growing estates in Malepère, dating back to the 13th century and the Roger Cahuzac de Caux family, with the vineyard dating back to the 16th century. Acquired in 1871 by the ancestors of the current owners, an old local family, it first flourished around 1900. Its recent revival is linked to the renovation of the cellar in 2015 by the Boyers, who took over the estate (70 hectares, including 55 hectares of vineyards).
