"Low price, great taste!"

Here’s a Sauvignon that everyone will love! With an appealing nose of citrus and verbena, followed by a delicately lemony palate—and a very reasonable price! It’s the perfect choice for a seafood dinner. In the summer, it pairs perfectly with appetizers or a barbecue.

Rated estate (2025 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer's wines are regularly recognized by the guide)

About the estate:

Located 5 km from Carcassonne on the banks of the Canal du Midi, this is one of the oldest wine estates in the Malepère region, with origins dating back to the 13th century and the Roger Cahuzac de Caux family, and the vineyard itself to the 16th century. Acquired in 1871 by the ancestors of the current owners—a long-established local family—it experienced its first boom around 1900. Its recent revival is linked to the renovation of the cellar in 2015 by the Boyers, who took over the estate (70 hectares, including 55 of vineyards).
