"A bold blend of 7 grape varieties"

Discover an unconventional rosé, crafted from a rare blend of all the “gray” grape varieties grown at Clos Centeilles. Its delicate and refined nose reveals a beautiful aromatic complexity. On the palate, its rich, rounded texture is perfectly balanced by a mineral freshness that lends tension, intensity, and a lovely finish.

Wine rated (2024 guide) 90/100 (2021 vintage)

Rated estate (2026 guide) 1*Star (Rising stars or high-quality winemakers producing wines of a good standard—you won’t be disappointed when you taste the wines from these estates)

About the estate:

This unique estate, located in the picturesque setting of the Siran plateau, is run by Cécile Boyer-Domergue, who is always assisted by her mother, Patricia. Their wines are the result of work carried out with exemplary integrity, focused on cultivating rare or forgotten grape varieties. The fruit on the nose is always slightly candied, while on the palate the wines display rare elegance and great finesse of texture, particularly the pure Cinsaults. The top vintages are sold only when they have reached their peak. The estate produces a lovely dry white made from forgotten varieties—Araignan Blanc, Riveyrenc Blanc, and Riveyrenc Gris—as well as a passito wine, Erme, in the spirit of the “noble wines” once produced in the Minervois. We must commend the uniqueness and strength of this approach—both winemaking and commemorative—which serves as a vital point of reference, not only for the Minervois but for the entire Languedoc region.
