Brian's Ribs
The Côtes du Brian PGI appellation is a sub-region of the Minervois, located in the higher-elevation area of the municipality of Siran, within the “Cru La Livinière” appellation zone, in the far northwest of the Hérault department.

The climate is Mediterranean in character, characterized by low rainfall and mild temperatures, at an altitude ranging from 250 to 350 meters. The prevailing wind is dry, blowing from the northwest from the Montagne Noire.

The Côtes du Brian Vins de Pays benefit from a terroir with clay-limestone and sandstone soils. The vineyard consists of small terraced and sloping plots, facing south and southwest, and bordering the causse, isolated within a garrigue landscape.
