Domaine de la Garance
Domaine de la Garance is a 6.5-hectare estate located in Caux, north of Pézenas in the Languedoc region.
Since 1998, Murielle Clavier and Pierre Quinonero have been dedicated to producing distinctive red and white wines from complex and varied terroirs composed of Villefranchian gravel, clay-limestone sediments, and basaltic scree.
The Domaine de la Garance vineyard is managed according to the principles of organic farming and has been using animal-drawn plowing since 2011.
The wines ofDomaine de la Garance areprimarily made from Carignan, the region’s favorite grape variety. They are classified under the Vin de France and AOC Coteaux du Languedoc designations.
