Grape harvest

The two grape varieties are harvested separately according to ripeness and tasting. The morning coolness during harvesting allows us to protect the juice from oxidation right from the start of the winemaking process.

Wine making

Direct maceration in the press under inert gas, followed by gentle pressing. The musts are then cold settled and fermented at a low temperature (15º) to preserve all their aromas.

Nose

Very fragrant nose. Extremely rich character, with a powerfully fruity finish, evoking white fruits rather than citrus fruits.

Mouth

Long and full-bodied on the palate with a lovely aromatic length.
