Grape Harvest

The two grape varieties are harvested separately based on their ripeness and tasting notes. The cool morning temperatures during harvest allow us to protect the juice from oxidation right from the start of the winemaking process.

Winemaking

Direct maceration in the press under inert gas, followed by gentle pressing. The musts are then cold-settled and fermented at a low temperature (15º) to preserve all their aromas.

A beautiful pale gold color

Nose

Very aromatic on the nose. Extremely rich and indulgent, with a powerfully fruity finish that evokes white fruits more than citrus.

Palate

A full-bodied, complex palate with a lovely, lingering finish.
