ripe fruit

Espérance 2019 offers aromas of ripe fruit on the nose (raspberries, red currants, blackberries), along with notes of garrigue and hints of spice (vanilla, pepper). The palate is silky and refined, with a smooth texture. This red wine pairs wonderfully with tuna tartare or grilled red meat... A full-bodied and generous wine!

About the estate:

Fabien Reboul established his winery in 1998 in the heart of the village of Valflaunès, on the site of the former menagerie of Baron Jean-Jacques Louis Durand, the first mayor of Montpellier elected in the 18th century. Today, he cultivates a 14-hectare vineyard by hand and without insecticides; the vineyard is currently in the process of converting to organic farming.
