Espérance 2019 offers aromas of ripe fruit on the nose (raspberries, redcurrants, blackberries), along with hints of garrigue and spicy notes (vanilla, pepper). The palate is silky and refined, with a smooth texture. This red wine pairs wonderfully with tuna tartare or grilled red meat... A full-bodied and generous vintage!

About the estate:

Fabien Reboul established his winery in 1998 in the heart of the village of Valflaunès, on the site of the former menagerie belonging to Baron Jean-Jacques Louis Durand, the first mayor of Montpellier elected in the 18th century. Today, he cultivates a 14-hectare vineyard by hand and without pesticides; the vineyard is currently in the process of converting to organic farming.
