Domaine Borie La Vitarèle

Domaine Borie La Vitarèle is a benchmark in the Saint-Chinian appellation. Located in Causse et Veyran, the 18-hectare vineyard has been farmed organically and biodynamically since 1998. The vines are planted in the heart of garrigues and pine forests, and sink their roots into soils of limestone, schist and rolled pebbles.

Domaine Borie La Vitarèle produces wines whose consistency is widely acclaimed. The elegance and finesse of the wines are achieved through gentle, minimalist vinifications, considered as slow infusions. Respectful ageing puts the finishing touches to the birth of each cuvée.
