Domaine Borie La Vitarèle

Domaine Borie La Vitarèle is a leading producer in the Saint-Chinian appellation. Located in Causse and Veyran, the 18-hectare vineyard has been certified organic and biodynamic since 1998. The vines are planted in the heart of garrigue scrubland and pine forests, with their roots sinking deep into soils composed of limestone, schist, and rounded pebbles.

Domaine Borie La Vitarèle produces wines whose consistency is universally praised. The elegance and finesse of the wines are achieved through gentle, minimalist winemaking processes, often described as slow infusions. Careful aging puts the finishing touch on the creation of these vintages.
