Domaine Mas Conscience
Mas Conscience is located in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation and was taken over in 2020 by Roman Kocholl and Audrey Bonnet-Koenig. With the help of oenologist Claude Gros and following a period of optimization in the vineyards and restructuring in the cellar, the estate is pleased to present its first results with the 2020 vintage.
Organic viticulture is a long-standing tradition at Mas Conscience; the vineyards have been certified since 2012. Currently, a significant portion of the effort is dedicated to the maintenance and enhancement of the vines. As a sacred terroir, the estate is particularly committed to the preservation of nature.
AOC Languedoc, IGP Saint Guilhem Le Désert, and AOC Terrasses du Larzac make up the red, white, and rosé wines of Domaine Mas Conscience. These wines are full of freshness, with beautiful aromatic complexity that perfectly reflects the Larzac terroir.
