Founded in 2004 by Marie and Frédéric Chauffay, the estate is now run by Emilie Grill and Arthur Travaux, two passionate young winemakers who carry on the spirit of the place with dedication and respect. Nestled in the heart of the wild garrigue of the Causse d’Arboras, the 12 hectares of biodynamically farmed vineyards are rooted in limestone and draw their energy from the wind and sunlight of the Terrasses du Larzac.
