Catherine et Pierre Breton

Catherine and Pierre Breton have been winemakers for over twenty years in Restigné, producing natural, organic, and biodynamic wines under the Bourgueil, Chinon, and Vouvray appellations d’origine contrôlée.

They cultivate their vineyards using certified organic farming methods, without chemical fertilizers or herbicides, and with limited yields. The grapes are harvested by hand, and winemaking is carried out using natural indigenous yeasts. Catherine and Pierre Breton are artisan winemakers, producing an authentic range of AOC Bourgueil, AOC Chinon, and AOC Vouvray wines.
