Catherine et Pierre Breton

Catherine and Pierre Breton have been winemakers for over twenty years in Restigné, producing natural, organic, and biodynamic wines in the Bourgueil, Chinon, and Vouvray appellations.

They cultivate their vines using certified organic farming methods, without chemical fertilizers or herbicides, and with limited yields. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified using natural indigenous yeasts. Catherine and Pierre Breton are wine artisans, producing an authentic range of AOC Bourgueil, AOC Chinon, and AOC Vouvray wines.
