Matthias et Emile Roblin - Ammonites 2018
92/100
Wine Enthusiast
"Named after the fossils that formed much of the soil in Sancerre and its surroundings, this wine is rich and smooth with hints of toast from aging in oak. A gentle acidity adds a bright touch to the ripe white fruit. A beautifully balanced wine to drink from 2021 onwards." (Wine Enthusiast)

Bettane & Desseauve
Rated estate (2026 guide) 2 stars (A serious and recommendable production, but a little more consistent and uniform than the previous one)
About the estate:
Constantly improving, the Roblin brothers offer wines of great consistency, produced from a 17-hectare vineyard, mainly spread over white soil terroirs, but also in the hillside areas of Maimbray and Sury-en-Vaux. This is an estate where there are many good value wines.
