Matthias and Emile Roblin
As the fourth generation of winemakers at Château de Maimbray, Matthias and Emile Roblin manage the approximately 40 plots that make up this 19-hectare vineyard. 

Matthias and Emile Roblin cultivate Sauvignon Blanc (primarily) and Pinot Noir on white soils—clay-limestone soils from the Kimmeridgian and Portlandian periods—using sustainable farming practices. Most of the plots are grassed to prevent soil erosion and facilitate grape ripening.

In the cellar, Matthias and Emile Roblin rely on gravity and intervene minimally during winemaking to allow the wines to best express the characteristic aromas of their Sancerre terroirs.
