Domaine Bonnigal-Bodet

In 2015, Jean-Baptiste Bonnigal and his college friend Stéphane Bodet joined forces to take over the family estate in Limeray, Touraine, which now spans 40 hectares. The two winemakers select the best plots from the Bonnigal-Bodet estate and craft their wines with care, using organic farming methods and native yeasts. After two years of experimentation, biodynamic practices are now in place, without seeking certification but with a commitment to going further in respecting living organisms.
