Domaines Minchin
Bertrand Minchina "terroir enthusiast", is particularly renowned in the Touraine and Valençay appellations, the new Loire Valley appellation created in 2004. He cultivates his vines using reasoned methods: compost or organic amendments and no root herbicides. Careful vinification and appropriate ageing enable him to offer gourmet, uniquely silky wines, with that very Rabelaisian "little touch" that delights wine-lovers!

Bertrand Minchin planted his 16 hectares of vines in Menetou-Salon, in the commune of Morogues, in 1988, on a terroir where Bertrand's grandfather had already been growing vines before the war. In 2004, Bertrand Minchin took over an estate in Valençay: "Le Claux Delorme".
