Domaines Minchin

Bertrand Minchin, "a lover of terroirs," has made a name for himself particularly in the Touraine and Valençay appellations—a new appellation in the Loire Valley that was established in 2004. He cultivates his vineyards using sustainable practices: compost or organic soil amendments, and no root-zone herbicides. Careful winemaking and appropriate aging allow him to produce delicious wines with a unique silkiness and that very Rabelaisian “special touch” that delights wine lovers!
