Clos du Mont-Olivet
The Clos du Mont-Olivet, founded in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in 1932 by Séraphin Sabon, is now run by his great-grandchildren Céline, David, and Thierry Sabon. A leading name in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, its wines have become one of the appellation’s most reliable choices.

The Clos du Mont-Olivet vineyard, covering an area of 48 hectares, is spread across a variety of soil types, with the vines cultivated using sustainable agriculture practices. The Clos Mont-Olivet Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines, highly sought after by connoisseurs, are crafted with a southern character while always striving for finesse and elegance. These wines, with great aging potential, reveal their full character over time and are produced in the purest Châteauneuf-du-Pape tradition. Capable of standing the test of time, these wines will only improve with age.

In the meantime,Clos Mont-Olivet also produces beautifully crafted wines under the Lirac, Côtes-du-Rhône, and Vin de Pays du Gard appellations. The estate also produces some excellent white wines!
