La Bastide Saint Dominique - La Réserve Saint Dominique

Built around a former 16th-century chapel, La Bastide Saint Dominique was founded in 1976 by Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet with just a handful of vineyards. Over time and with great determination, they expanded their vineyard, which now spans 50 hectares. One by one, their children have carried on their parents’ work: Eric Bonnet joined the estate in 1999, followed by his sister Véronique Bonnet in 2016. 

La Réserve Saint Dominique (the estate’s wine merchant division) was founded in 2005 out of Eric’s desire to offer his customers a selection of Crus and wines from the Rhône Valley to complement the range he produces. True to his winemaking philosophy, the wines of La Réserve Saint Dominique emphasize fruit, beautiful balance, and, in short, pure indulgence. The range consists of prestigious appellations from the southern Rhône Valley, “sure bets,” and a few rare, off-the-beaten-path bottles.
