La Bastide Saint Dominique - La Réserve Saint Dominique

Built around an ancient 16th-century chapel, Domaine La Bastide Saint Dominique was created in 1976 by Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet with a handful of plots. With the passage of time and a strong will, they developed their vineyard, which today covers 50 hectares. In turn, their children continued their parents' work, with Eric Bonnet joining the domaine in 1999, followed by his sister Véronique Bonnet in 2016.

La Réserve Saint Dominique (the estate's trading activity) was born in 2005 from Eric's desire to offer his customers a selection of Crus and Rhône Valley wines to complement the range he produces. Faithful to his winegrowing ethic, the Réserve Saint Dominique cuvées feature fruit, balance and, in short, gourmandise. The range is made up of the prestigious appellations of the southern Rhône Valley, "Valeurs-Sûres" and a few rare, confidential bottles.
