La Bastide Saint Dominique - La Réserve Saint Dominique

Built around a 16th-century chapel, La Bastide Saint Dominique was founded in 1976 by Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet with just a handful of plots. Over time and with great determination, they developed their vineyard, which now covers 50 hectares. Their children are continuing their parents' work, with Eric Bonnet joining the estate in 1999, followed by his sister Véronique Bonnet in 2016. 

La Réserve Saint Dominique (the estate's wine trading business) was created in 2005 out of Eric's desire to offer his customers a selection of Rhône Valley wines and crus to complement the range he produces. True to his cultural ethics, the wines of La Réserve Saint Dominique give pride of place to fruit, beautiful balance, and, in short, indulgence. The range consists of prestigious appellations from the southern Rhône Valley, "sure values," and a few rare, confidential bottles.
