Hermitage Roc de Monge is made from Syrah grapes grown on very steep, almost vertiginous granite slopes. A highly concentrated single grape variety that develops powerful aromas. This wine offers a highly developed bouquet with notes of humus and undergrowth, and floral aromas of violet. A wine that is both powerful and harmonious, waiting to be discovered!

Complete destemming before vatting. The grape varieties are vinified separately. Vinification lasts 2 to 3 weeks with daily pumping over.

Livestock farming

After fermentation, the cuvée is blended and aged in barrels and casks for around 10 months.
