The Hermitage Roc de Monge is made from Syrah vines grown on very steep, almost vertiginous granite-sand slopes. A highly concentrated single-varietal wine that develops powerful aromas. This wine offers a well-developed bouquet with notes of humus and undergrowth, and floral aromas of violet. A wine that is both powerful and harmonious— a must-try!

Complete destemming before vatting. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The vinification process lasts 2 to 3 weeks, with daily pumping over.

After fermentation, the cuvée is blended and aged in barrels and large casks for about 10 months
