Sépia is made from a selection of small plots of Syrah (70%) and Grenache grown on limestone terroirs in the Luberon. Concentrated, its nose is elegant and refined, with aromas of red berries, vanilla, and cinnamon. On the palate, it is powerful, full-bodied, and flavorful, with notes of licorice, violet, and red berries, blended with very subtle oak and long, silky tannins. A truly expressive wine!
