“A rosé with character, perfect for a meal”

Pétula is a very refined rosé that combines power and freshness. Its expressive nose reveals subtle notes of small red berries, a hint of wild maras, and passion fruit. On the palate, it is juicy, rich, and tangy. The finish lingers with notes of white-fleshed fruits and mango. A fresh and fruity rosé to enjoy with any meal!

In contrast to "pale" rosés, Pétula is a rosé with character, distinguished by its power, full-bodied richness, and density, which contrast with its well-balanced liveliness and refined texture. This is a style that is both delicate and indulgent, with a lush, creamy texture, infused with concentrated, tangy flavors centered on redcurrant, cherry, and wild strawberry, complemented by an exotic touch and subtle floral notes. A long, refreshing finish. Its natural elegance and aromatic intensity make it a seductive and ideal companion for outdoor meals, preferably in a sunny kitchen featuring dishes like tomato-banana-basil tart, shrimp and Parmesan risotto, Galician-style octopus...Rating = 4.1.
