I find this wine to be very typical of the Luberon, with a lovely finish and a beautiful fruitiness. It’s the perfect wine for summer cuisine.

This wine gave me a hard time when it came to forming an opinion (an amateur's opinion, that is...). The color is red, neither light nor dark. It is crystal clear. The initial nose didn’t offer a powerful bouquet, though there were a few fruity notes. However, there were some issues on the palate. Not tannic at all, this wine reminded me of the worst moments for winemakers. At first, I felt like I was drinking the finest in fine chemistry... Once the surprise wore off, this wine is actually drinkable. Yes, yes! With a moderately long finish, it will suit less discerning palates like mine. A nice little wine to pair with marinated skewers in the summer. That’s why I gave it a 4. I’m even thinking of recommending a few bottles given its unique character.
