Traditional tillage. No herbicides used. Pesticide use is minimized as much as possible and has been organic since 2011. Certified organic fertilizers.

Wine Production

Crushed and destemmed grapes. Grenache and Syrah are fermented separately, using native yeasts. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures, with 2 to 4 rackings at the very beginning of fermentation, minimal pumping over, and post-fermentation maceration at warm temperatures. The vatting period lasts about 30 days. Aging on fine lees, partly in wooden tanks and partly in concrete tanks.

12 to 18 months, 50% in wooden truncated-cone tanks and 50% in concrete tanks.

Fresh and fruity, with notes of cherry and strawberry. Well-structured with fine, silky tannins. A lovely, lingering finish that highlights its freshness and finesse.

With the help of his wife, Sonia, the two of them form a dynamic duo of innovative and passionate winemakers. They have been working toward organic farming for several years, and have made significant strides in winemaking. This estate is on the rise! Well done!
