About the domain :
Of the building constructed in the 12th century by Cistercian monks, all that remains is the superb tower set into the rock. Jean and Bernard Dauré bought the estate in 1974. The mid-19th-century silkworm nursery now houses the Espace d'Art Contemporain, which adjoins one of France's first winegrower restaurants, open in summer. The vineyard covers 90 ha.

A beautiful golden yellow color. A nose of ripe citrus fruits, especially oranges. The palate is pleasant with a hint of sugar on the finish.

very disappointed, no bitterness characteristic of an orange wine, lots of sugar, little aroma, some fruit but very melted into sweetness, bof bof, even prout prout. Re-gouté le 19/12/24 toujours aussi déçu...
