"Gourmandise and freshness are the two breeds of this white".

Rolle, Grenache Blanc and Macabeu, a blend that delivers fresh, gourmet notes of peach, pear, herbs, lemon, pineapple and grilled notes. Fruity, sweetly spicy and toasty on the palate, with a lovely fresh finish - a delight!

About the domain :

Of the building constructed in the 12th century by Cistercian monks, all that remains is the superb tower set into the rock. Jean and Bernard Dauré bought the estate in 1974. The mid-19th-century silkworm nursery now houses the Espace d'Art Contemporain, which adjoins one of France's first winegrower restaurants, open in summer. The vineyard covers 90 ha.
