Rated estate (2018 guide) Award-winning wines (This producer's wines are regularly awarded by the guide)

About the estate:

All that remains of the building constructed in the 12th century by Cistercian monks is the magnificent tower nestled against the rock. Jean and Bernard Dauré purchased the estate in 1974. The mid-19th century silkworm farm now houses the Contemporary Art Space, which neighbors one of the first wine restaurants created in France, open during the summer. The vineyard covers 90 hectares.
