"Fruits that make it look like Rimage!"

"Opening with black fruit notes enhanced by a hint of oriental spices, this wine is full-bodied and rich on the palate, persistently echoing the fruit perceived on the nose, supported by silky tannins and a slight acidity. Perfect with game and pan-fried mushrooms." (Le Guide Hachette 2025)

About wine:

Opening with black fruit notes enhanced by a hint of oriental spices, this wine is full-bodied and rich on the palate, persistently echoing the fruit perceived on the nose, supported by silky tannins and a slight acidity. Perfect with game and pan-fried mushrooms.

About the estate:

All that remains of the building constructed in the 12th century by Cistercian monks is the magnificent tower nestled against the rock. Jean and Bernard Dauré purchased the estate in 1974. The mid-19th century silkworm farm now houses the Contemporary Art Space, which neighbors one of the first wine restaurants created in France, open during the summer. The vineyard covers 90 hectares.
