"Fruits that make him look like a Rimage!

"Opening with black fruits and a hint of oriental spices, this wine is full and rich on the palate, persistently relaying the fruit perceived on olfaction, supported by silky tannins and light acidity. Perfect with game and pan-fried mushrooms". (Le Guide Hachette 2025)

About the wine:

Opening with black fruits and a hint of oriental spices, this wine is full-bodied and rich on the palate, relaying with persistence the fruit perceived on olfaction, supported by silky tannins and light acidity. Perfect with game and pan-fried mushrooms.

About the domain :

Of the building constructed in the 12th century by Cistercian monks, all that remains is the superb tower set into the rock. Jean and Bernard Dauré bought the estate in 1974. The mid-19th-century silkworm nursery now houses the Espace d'Art Contemporain, which adjoins one of France's first winegrower restaurants, open in summer. The vineyard covers 90 ha.
