"Fruit that makes him look just like Rimage!"

“Opening with dark fruit accented by a hint of oriental spices, this wine is full-bodied and rich on the palate, with the fruit detected on the nose lingering persistently, supported by silky tannins and a light acidity. Perfect with game and sautéed mushrooms.” (Le Guide Hachette 2025)

About wine:

With an aroma of dark berries accented by a hint of oriental spices, this wine is full-bodied and rich on the palate, offering a lingering expression of the fruit detected on the nose, supported by silky tannins and a light acidity. Perfect with game and sautéed mushrooms.

About the estate:

All that remains of the building constructed in the 12th century by Cistercian monks is the magnificent tower clinging to the rock face. Jean and Bernard Dauré purchased the estate in 1974. The mid-19th-century silkworm farm now houses the Contemporary Art Space, which sits next to one of the first winegrower-run restaurants established in France, open during the summer. The vineyard covers 90 hectares.
