Domaine Sarda-Malet - Le Terroir Mailloles blanc 2005
A stylish, elegant, and refined white!
It is from the same red Günz Quaternary terrace and rounded pebbles that Mouvèdre and Syrah produce the great cuvée " Mailloles terroir "red, which also provides the Roussane and Marsanne grapes for this white wine. Once again, the greatness of the terroir is evident; you only need to taste it to appreciate its richly aromatic nose and its round, full-bodied palate supported by a beautiful acidity. A 2005 with obvious potential that will be a delight after one or even two years of aging. Buy your Sarda-Malet wines at the best price in a private sale!

About the estate:
"This estate, which was a pioneer of quality in the region, has returned to the highest level under the leadership of Jérôme Malet, with a refined and balanced style. Today, it is the estate that produces the most elegant wines in Roussillon, both dry and sweet. The prestigious Terroir Mailloles cuvée, never excessive but the most oaky of all, displays beautiful depth and finesse of texture in both white and red wines. This harmony is also found in the Rivesaltes wines, both vintage and long-aged.
The wines: Terroir Mailloles 2005 white is still marked by its aging, with subtle buttery notes, but it has great potential and should be left to age for another year. In red, this cuvée remains the estate's finest. A delicious Muscat de Rivesaltes, full of fruit and perfectly balanced, while La Carbasse 2005 is in the vein of the great vintages.
