"A real Gem get your hands on"

"More dynamic and fruity than the solid 2016 vintage, the 2017 Côtes Catalanes is composed of the same blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Carignan, and 20% Syrah. Notes of black cherries, cola, and chocolate appear on the nose. The medium-bodied to full-bodied palate highlights notes of garrigue with a beautiful texture on the finish." (Wine Advocate 2019 - Joe Czerwinski)

Drink within 2.5 years maximum. So, very good, 17/20. However, some bottles age poorly and are not worth more than the asking price, 12/20. Conclusion: buy and drink!

Tested on cassoulet, retested on couscous... it pairs perfectly with rustic dishes, and at this price, it would be a shame to miss out!
