Torredemer-Mangin

Romain Torredemer and Thomas Mangin joined forces in 2022. Heirs to vineyards, but above all to a terroir and expertise passed down by their grandfathers, they work part of their land with a draft horse named "Papillon." Located in Vingrau, north of Perpignan, in a setting of breathtaking beauty, these two friends are dedicated to restoring and replanting the valley’s hillsides. While taking constraints into account, they strive to minimize their interventions both in the cellar and in the vineyard as much as possible, producing fresh and precise wines that reflect their terroir.
