"Spicy, fruity, and persistent"

Papillon is the name of the estate's draft horse, but also that of this beautiful blend of Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. Like man's greatest conquest, it is an elegant wine, full of character and sensitivity. A supple and delicious cuvée!

About wine:

Very intense blackberries, with warm notes of black olives and lavender. The tannins are supple and soft, with an iron-like quality that gives them presence. Black coffee and iron flavors on the finish.
