About the wine:
This amber wine is a blend of wines at least ten years old, aged in casks, foudres and concrete vats, and delivers a harmonious bouquet of candied fruit, dried fruit, toast and honey. On the palate, it combines finesse, freshness and length.
About the domain :
Resulting from the merger of three caves, this cooperative bears the name of the inventor of vins doux naturels, Arnaud de Villeneuve. It brings together 320 winegrowers from Salses, Rivesaltes and Pézilla-la-Rivière, who cultivate some 2,000 hectares of vines (including 125 ha of organic vines) spread over 26 communes and a variety of terroirs.

About the wine:
Its color alone is a celebration: light gold with orange highlights, reflecting its status as a sweet wine of a certain age. Made from Macabeu, Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris grapes, the aroma of this Rivesaltes Ambré Grande Réserve 10 Ans D'Âge NV lives up to its name: ripe, dried fruit, with notes of toasted almonds, dried apricots, figs, dates, raisins and the fragrant scent of a small flower garden. Light on the palate and very harmonious thanks to the balance between freshness and sweetness, it is surprisingly easy to drink and remains light on the finish. In a way, it's highly instructive and perfect for discovering this amazing category of sweet wines that can literally age for decades. Drink between 2025 and 2035.
