“A rancio made from white grape varieties aged in glass demijohns in an oxidative environment, resulting in a dry wine full of richness while retaining balance and freshness”

“The winery carries on the tradition of sweet old wines and dry rancio wines, blended through various combinations: true treasures, such as this blend of White Grenache and Macabeo, with a beautiful amber color and honey-colored highlights. The nose is a symphony of incredibly rich aromas: lychee, very ripe white fruits, vanilla, raisins, aged champagne, cinchona, quince… The palate is equally impressive, offering superb balance, volume, plenty of freshness, a fine and elegant texture, and an endless finish. This ethereal and timeless rancio exudes great class. » (Le Guide Hachette 2025)
