This beautiful Rivesaltes expresses itself on the nose with complex, bewitching aromas, typical of mutated oxidative wines: walnut, caramel, nougat, brandy, Cognac atmosphere. The palate is powerful, mellow and deep, having nicely integrated its sugar, with a lovely mellowness balanced by acidity and a rather long finish of walnut and candied fruit.
