"A signature wine that will awaken your senses!"
A tribute to the duo of Adrien and his cousin Gilles Berlioz, the Cuvée des Gueux is like a spring breeze. Close your eyes and let yourself be carried away by the delicate scents of white flowers in a beautiful meadow... An intense, joyful, crisp white wine with a liveliness that awakens the senses. A signature wine best served after being decanted in advance to bring out even more flavors.

Rated estate (2024 guide) 2*Stars (These exceptional estates, often boasting fabulous terroirs, are must-haves that, thanks to their consistency and the excellence of their wines, deserve a place in the cellars of discerning wine lovers)
About the estate:
Adrien Berlioz, a young cousin (and neighbor) of Gilles Berlioz, settled here in 2006. A demanding and rigorous winemaker, he personally cultivates all his vines organically (Demeter certified in 2020), including those located on the steepest slopes. With 14 different cuvées produced from just over 5 hectares, quantities are very limited, making these handcrafted wines hard to find. We admire the diversity, energy, and straightforwardness of these wines, contemporary yet deeply rooted in Savoyard identity, which also age gracefully. Adrien's latest project: the revival of a forgotten vineyard in Détrier, at the gateway to the Gelon Valley, with four hectares of heritage grape varieties cultivated using the pergola system (Bia Blanc, Barbin, Joubertin, Verdesse, Mondeuse Blanche and Noire, Altesse)! Year after year, the estate confirms its central place in the region's elite, a point of reference for both wine lovers and young winemakers who are settling in the Alpine vineyards with ever-higher ambitions.
