Winemaking

Direct pneumatic pressing, rigorous settling, and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of approximately 15°C. Oak staves are used to impart length and vanilla notes on the finish.

Full-bodied and rich, with fruity notes of peach and apricot and a vanilla finish
