"A really lovely range of aromas!"

Red in color with purplish highlights, this Mondeuse has delicate peppery notes and a scent of candied red berries. It features lovely tannins that remain supple on the palate. This Mondeuse pairs wonderfully with ribeye steaks, game, and red meats in sauce, which balance its peppery tannins. It also pairs very well with a nice cheese platter.
