"A very pretty aromatic palette!"

Red in color with purplish highlights, this Mondeuse is delicately peppery with a perfume of candied red fruit. It has fine tannins that remain supple on the palate. This Mondeuse is a perfect match for prime rib, game and red meats in sauce, to balance the peppery tannins. It will also go very well with a fine cheese platter.
