About the estate:

A former computer scientist and Parisian, Guy Salmona switched careers to become a winemaker in Fronton when he purchased this estate. In 2009, he began the transition to organic farming (now complete) for his 45 hectares of vineyards. A sure bet in the Fronton region.

Made from a blend that is half Négrette, the local grape variety, this wine is juicy with a slight earthy note and hints of red fruit. The wine’s light structure pairs well with its supple tannins and generous fruitiness. Best enjoyed starting in 2023. Suitable for vegans. Organic.

The color is slightly lighter than that of the "Les Complices" cuvée. The nose is charming, with a hint of sweetness that lends the palate a silky texture. The finish has a lively quality.
