The European pond turtle, a nod to those fighting to protect endangered species, is often featured on the labels of Uby (winery and wine merchant), founded in 1956. At the helm of this vast vineyard (300 ha) since 1995, François Morel has implemented numerous initiatives focused on environmental stewardship and, for the wine merchant division, selects partners who supply organic grapes.

Serve very chilled. A bit too sweet for my taste. Still, it’s a nice wine overall, and the price is very reasonable.

Lacks fruitiness and freshness/acidity; I don't care for the sugary finish, but it will likely appeal to fans of poolside rosé served over ice

A nice rosé for summer, best served well chilled and at a reasonable price per 6-pack / Fruity with hints of raspberry / Some bottles may have a slight fizz, but this doesn't detract from the taste.

A lovely rosé with a beautiful, candy-like color and plenty of aroma, but those who don't like residual sugar won't be impressed... a rosé for an aperitif or dessert

It's okay, but nothing special—an aperitif wine best served very chilled.
