The Domaine de Souch vineyard is managed according to the principles of organic farming. Its work respects both the environment and the vines, and is now ECOCERT certified. Yvonne Hegoburu oversees the destiny of Domaine de Souch and ensures compliance with this charter, which is her philosophy: biodynamics, soil cultivation, manual harvesting with successive sorting, low yields... All these elements give Domaine de Souch wines a strong identity, producing fresh and perfectly balanced Jurançon AOC wines that delight even the most demanding connoisseurs.
