Domaine de Souch is located 6 km from Pau, at the end of one of those winding little roads that are the hallmark of the Jurançon vineyards.

The Domaine de Souch vineyard is managed according to the principles of organic farming. This approach, which respects both the environment and the vines, is now ECOCERT-certified. Yvonne Hegoburu oversees the operations at Domaine de Souch and ensures adherence to the principles that form her philosophy: biodynamics, soil cultivation, manual harvesting with successive sorting, and low yields… All these elements contribute to the distinctive character of Domaine de Souch’s wines—fresh, perfectly balanced Jurançon AOCs that delight even the most discerning connoisseurs.
