About wine:

Cartology 2024 is made from fruit picked early in the morning, fermented naturally and aged for 12 months on fine lees. It offers lively aromas of orange and kumquat with well-defined notes of white linen in the background, which need time to blossom. The palate is well-balanced, with a slightly waxy attack, quite spicy with a hint of white pepper, leading to a taut and refreshing finish that lingers beautifully on the palate. One of the Cape's iconic wines continues to go from strength to strength, but I recommend decanting it for an hour or two. 2026-2040
