Jancis Robinson
Wine rated (2023 guide) 17/20
About wine:
Less flavorful than Kaefferkopf, with more citrus notes but also an enticing hint of tart quince. Slightly smoky, as if there were a subtle and seductive reduction note, or perhaps the smoky note of spontaneous fermentation? At first, this wine seems a little sweeter and rounder, with a less firm texture, but it gradually reveals itself to be dense and complex, while retaining a mouthwatering freshness, with a long and pure citrus aftertaste.

Yves Beck
Wine rated (2023 guide) 93/100
About wine:
Dense granite soils. The bouquet of this Wineck-Schlossberg reveals a pleasant freshness and a touch of maturity. Subtle nuances of lemongrass and flint. The wine combines tension and body. A harmonious Riesling with a crystalline, salty finish. It is well equipped for the future.
