Mineral, very powerful. Beautiful floral aroma. The palate is initially bold, followed by a mellow flavor with a long, smooth, and deep finish. Perfect with a pan-seared slice of foie gras served with sliced apples or pears that have been cooked in the same pan juices. Famous!
