A unique cuvée thanks to its atypical blend, its shimmering ruby color, and above all its very, very “natural” character, which emphasizes fruit above all else. From a challenging vintage, this wine offers pure cherry juice with a particularly lively fermentation and a mineral, silky texture. Light-bodied, with moderate concentration and a medium finish. Although I found this cuvée interesting in its own right, I didn’t succumb to the “Temptation” for all the reasons mentioned above. The guests were also surprised when it was served as an aperitif during a dinner party featuring Lyon-style charcuterie. Rating: 3.3.
