Also grown on living soil, this time on volcanic terroir known as Pierre Bleue de Brouilly, this Côte de Brouilly captivates us with its dark color and intense notes of ripe black fruit, blackcurrant, and spices. The freshness and minerality of the terroir combine to give this great Beaujolais wine maturity, depth, texture, balance, and length.

Review and opinion by Mr. ROMAIN F. Published on 03/28/2023

I am not objective when it comes to Gamay, which I particularly like, as I do Syrah for that matter. This cuvée, with its unexpected concentration, could pass this high-quality Beaujolais off as a wine from the northern Rhône. For me, this winemaker is a wine wizard. Worth discovering and sharing. I bet even lovers of tannic, woody blends will appreciate it.
