The ambitious and well-coordinated renovation of the vineyard and winery undertaken by Jean-Jacques Parinet is now yielding the expected results. He is supported by a talented team, including Édouard Parinet, their cellar master Brice Lafon, and their communications manager Morgane Chambriard. A major player for the appellation and the region, he is a formidable ambassador who builds value and enhances the region’s image both in France and around the world.

About the estate:
Since its acquisition by the Parinet family in 2009, this vast estate has invested significant human resources to revitalize the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, just as Château des Jacques did in its day. Produced in a modern Gamay style, with long and carefully managed aging in oak, the estate’s numerous single-vineyard wines express the complexity and diversity of the soils. The 2016 vintage marked the debut of the estate’s first white wine vineyards (4.5 hectares) in the Mâcon and Pouilly-Fuissé appellations, under the name Roc des Boutires.
