"An ideal white wine for an aperitif!"

Made from a blend of wines from different partner vineyards, Cheval Noir Bordeaux Blanc reflects the expertise and skills of the winemakers. Extensive research has been carried out in the Bordeaux vineyards to identify the terroirs most conducive to the ripening of the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, which makes up the majority of Cheval Noir Bordeaux Blanc. Sémillon adds roundness to the wine. This Bordeaux is a fresh white wine, best enjoyed young with an aperitif, shellfish, or white meat.

Still a little young but already very pleasant, lively and well suited to shellfish, for example.
